States of Mind

Your state of mind, is a mindset, a way of being, living with the mind 'set' in an adaptive or maladaptive way. 

To change a maladaptive state to an adaptive state (that best serves you), you have to consciously choose and decide; to change, reset or rebuild the respective thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions, into a better you.
